The views from our high floor room were fantastic, and the staff was notably friendly. However, the pool was unfortunately closed, despite the enticing imagery advertised, which was quite disappointing. The executive lounge's evening offerings were also underwhelming, with food that didn’t meet expectations during our stay. Fortunately, the breakfast was better, and the freshly prepared dishes at breakfast were enjoyable.

During our stay, the staff greeted us warmly and surprised us with a congratulatory card for our anniversary. Our room was spacious with a lovely view of Lady Bird Lake. Dining was hit-or-miss. the pizza from Cannon and Belle stood out, but breakfast in the lounge needs improvement.
